We create every book individually and print it as close to its destination as possible. Through our network of professional print partners, we can produce and deliver books to customers in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Local Production

Whenever possible, your book is printed locally or regionally. We currently work with print partners across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and other locations around the world.

Local production helps us reduce both delivery times and the distance your book needs to travel.

Production Time

Every book is made individually for your order.

Production typically takes 2–6 business days before your book is ready to ship.

During particularly busy periods, including Christmas and other major holidays, production may take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production, delivery to our main destinations — including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and most EU countries — typically takes 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carrier, customs, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

We recommend ordering early during Christmas and other busy holiday periods.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination and production location, orders may be delivered by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other established local delivery services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the book, destination, and available delivery method.

Your shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no unexpected shipping charges after your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your book has been produced and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Tracking information is typically available within 2–4 business days after your order is placed, although in some cases it may take slightly longer depending on production.

Whenever possible, we produce books locally or regionally through our print partner network to make international delivery faster and more efficient.

Delivery times for destinations outside our main shipping regions may vary and will be shown during checkout where available.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you change your mind, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your book to request a return and refund.

If your book arrives damaged, contains a production error, or does not match the personalization information you submitted, please contact us and we will make it right.

Because our books are individually personalized and made to order, please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
