It Started With Our Children

When my daughter was diagnosed with speech alalia, I began searching for new ways to support her development. That journey led me to create children's products inspired by Montessori and Pikler principles - first for my own child, and later for families around the world. What started at home eventually reached hundreds of thousands of families across more than 60 countries.
A new chapter

Years later, when my third child was born, he inspired a new chapter.

As I read to my youngest son, I realized I wanted stories to do more than tell him about someone else's adventures. I wanted him to hear his own name, recognize himself in the illustrations, and discover what it feels like to be the hero.

Because children grow up surrounded by stories about heroes. But I wanted my son to understand that heroes don't only exist in books and movies. He can be the hero of his own story too.

That idea became the heart of Start Story Helper. We create personalized books that help children see that their story matters, their dreams are worth pursuing, and kindness, courage, and faith can guide who they become.
Our story is just beginning

Many of our stories are written in rhyme, bringing playful language, new words, and rhythms children can enjoy hearing again and again.

Today, together with my family and our team, we create books that put each little reader at the heart of the story - because sometimes the most important hero a child can discover is themselves.
